Video Content Creation & Poster Making Competition
Theme: Health Promotion
Guidelines for video content creation
The length of the video must be 2 minutes including credits to the team. (90-120 seconds)
Camera/ Mobile phones can be used for recording video
Content should be original
Zero plagiarism is tolerated
NCS can be used
Any copyright infringement will be considered for disqualification without further consideration
Any videos over 2 minutes wouldn't be accepted
Basic editing and colour grading is accepted which doesn't compromise quality content
The content should do justice to the topic and if found irrelevant, contestant will be disqualified
Final decisions for determining the winners will be made by the expert committee
All the videos must be submitted within the given deadline and anything after the deadline will be rejected
Usage of unparliamentary terms or usages are subjected to disqualification.
Violation of any terms and conditions/standards leads to disqualification.
The video aspect ratio should be 9:16
The template of DYUTI 2023 must be given in intro.
There is no limit for the number of individuals who can appear in the video content. Participation certificate will be awarded only to 2 students from a team.
Source of the NCS must be attached as a seperate document while sending the videos.
Free stock videos cannot be used in the video.
The deadline for the submission is 15 November 2022.

Guidelines for poster making competition
The participants can take part either individually or in groups of two.
The participant shall only use digital platforms for the creation of digital posters.
Each participant will only be allowed to submit one entry.
The entries must follow the specifications:
-> 56×31.5inches ->16:9ratio
The poster must be prepared in the prescribed format:
Title
Aim
Review of literature
Methodology
Findings
References
Charts/tables
Authors and affiliation
The entries must be aligned to the theme 'Health Promotion'
Digital entries must be submitted in PNG file format & the winners shall produce a printed copy of the same on the day of the event.
All the works must be original and copying or tracing over image of any other kind will be disqualified.
The judge's decision on all matters for the competition is final.
The entries should be submitted by or before 1 October 2022 . The entries should be send to 'dyuti@rajagiri.edu'
